VA Worker Charged With Seven Counts of Sexual Assault

A mental health worker at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Tomah, Wisconsin, has been arrested and charged with several counts of sexual assault.

A reporter from KARE 11 news in Minneapolis, Minn., reported Tuesday night that Charles Davis was charged with “sexually assaulting a vulnerable patient/veteran.”

An internal message from the Tomah VA office obtained by the Washington Examiner said the employee faces seven charges, and was arraigned at Monroe County Jail. That message didn’t describe the nature of the charges, and said only an “unfortunate incident” took place that the VA became aware of on Dec. 31.
