A Planed Parenthood official says the organization may sue the Center for Medical Progress, the pro-life group that published secretly recorded footage of Planned Parenthood officials allegedly negotiating the sale of aborted fetal tissue and body parts, The Hill reports.
“I absolutely do believe that they have violated laws in terms of how they secured these videos,” Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens told The Hill. ”But the fraud is also in how they have presented them and in the editing.
“We are considering everything, I’m not a lawyer — but everything is on the table when you look at these videos and the fraud and the conspiracy behind it.”
Last month the Center for Medical Progress began releasing videos reportedly showing Planned Parenthood officials negotiating the price charged for fetal tissue parts intended for research as well as altering abortion procedures to ensure a better harvest.
