My name is Gary DeMar. I’ve been involved in health, physical fitness, athletics, coaching, and personal training consulting for more than 45 years. I was a nationally ranked track and field athlete, ranked fifth in the nation in the shot put when in high school, trained and coached Ron Semkiw, pound-for-pound one of the greatest shot putters in the world. At 60 years old, I still compete in Master Track and Field meets. I weigh 210 pounds and can bench press 300 pounds.
