“Jeopardy!” host Alex Trebek continued to recover Monday at an L.A. hospital after suffering a heart attack.
A spokeswoman said he hoped to move into a regular room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center soon.
Trebek was stricken Saturday in Los Angeles. That evening, “Jeopardy!” was named best game show at the Daytime Emmy Awards in Beverly Hills.
Trebek is expected to make a full recovery, Paula Askanas, senior vice president of media relations for “Jeopardy!” parent Sony Pictures Television, told the Ministry of Gossip on Monday; and he should be on the set when the show begins taping its 29th season in July.
